Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
 
Products may only be exchanged in the event the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

Please note:

• All exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receipt.
• No cash refunds or credits.
• All exchanges must be processed through PKD’s Customer Service.
• Please keep a record of your purchase and/or packing slip for reference.
• Clothing that does not fit upon receipt can be exchanged for a different size.
• Clothing whose color is not accurately portrayed upon receipt can be exchanged for a different shirt. 

Shipping

All items will be sent standard USPS within 5–7 business days of payment being received. Shipping time will depend on your zone. PO boxes are acceptable.
